Have you got a child at Winchelsea Special School in Poole, or are you a member of staff? Then you are a member of the Parent Teacher Association.

The PTA is an organisation run solely by volunteers to raise money to help the school provide materials, resources and facilities for the benefit of everyone who uses the school by running a variety of events throughout the school year. More importantly, the activities help to bring parents / carers together and promote good communication between parents and staff while working towards a common goal.

DONATE TO WINCHELSEA PTA Via Charity Giving

Winchelsea Parent Teacher Association is a registered charity Charity Registration No: 291713. Like any school PTA, Winchelsea PTA provides vital equipment and additional services for the children not provided for in the school budget. At Winchelsea this is especially true given the nature of the disabilities of the children. Without Donations and help from the community these services could not be provided. For 2012 the school has just been awarded specialist status for Communication and Interaction and to support this aim the PTA are fundraising for 30 iPads and 30 iPod Touches to help the children with their communication needs.

If you would like to donate, even a small amount please click on the following link to the Charity Giving Page where donations can be made directly to the PTA.

Charity Giving take no fee for commission from donations and therefore all money donated goes directly to the PTA. UK tax payers can click the Gift Aid box and an additional 25% will be added to the donation from the Government. Please Donate to a great cause.
